I am Mayor William "Billy" D'Aquilla and I would like to welcome you to the great town of St. Francisville, La. I describe St. Francisville as the "Treasuer of West Feliciana Parish.” We have been able to maintain our small town charm residents and visitors alike, while expanding our business and town services.
St. Francisville is known for it's many attractions, in particular the numerous historic plantation homes open for tours, outdoor parks, such as Cat Island National Wildlife Park, Tunica Hills State Park and several others, the town's historic district with restaurants, unique shops, historic homes, businesses, churches and cemeteries. We also have festivals and special events throughout the year like the Audubon Pilgrimage, Christmas in the Country, The Day the War Stopped, Southern Garden Symposium, and the Angola Rodeo. The town's Main Street Program holds several events such as Movie in the Park and Polos and Pearls.
Our monthly town meetings are open to the public with dates, times, agenda and minutes found on this site. Also on this site are all current boards, members and responsibilities.
For residents, town ordinances, local organization and calendar information can be found here.
